Amadeus

I rented the movie Amadeus (starting Tom Hulce) since I’d only seen it once a LONG time ago and I wanted to watch it again. Little did I know that they can now make a 2-sided disc. So I pop the disc in the DVD player and it starts out where Mozart is writing “The Magic Flute” and getting sick. And I keep looking at scene selection ‘cos this doesn’t look right – it looks like the middle of the movie.

Then I get the bright idea to try turning it over. And yes, side 1 (with the beginning of the movie) was the other side. Live and learn… it keeps life interesting !!
